Nancy Markovitch has over a decade of experience in Jewish non-profit organizations, with a track record of success in enhancing infrastructure and processes. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Operations at FIDF, Nancy leads initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and maximizing resources, ensuring that FIDF continues to fulfill its mission of supporting Israel’s soldiers and their families.

Prior to her current position, Nancy held other key roles at FIDF, including Director of Board Engagement and Leadership Development, where she fostered relationships with board members and developed future leaders within the organization. Her tenure as Director of the Office of the National Director and CEO further honed her skills in strategic planning and organizational management. Previously, Nancy spent six years at the Orthodox Union (OU) as a development professional.

Before her transition into the non-profit sector, Nancy spent a decade in investment banking on Wall Street before establishing herself as a successful entrepreneur and real estate professional. Her experience in advertising design and real estate provided her with valuable insights into marketing, negotiation, and client relations, skills that she seamlessly integrates into her work in the non-profit realm. Nancy is a mother of five and a proud grandmother of eleven.
